Shipping
We ship worldwide from Cyprus. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days.
FedEx Express is our default — it's the fastest. Depending on your country or city, we may use a local courier that covers your area better, like ACS or Cyprus Post. Either way you get a tracking number and we'll tell you who's carrying it.
Delivery times can shift because of local holidays or customs processing. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by your country are not included in your order and are not something we can cover or control.
A few countries are outside our delivery range. If you're unsure, message us before ordering and we'll check for you.
Free shipping in Cyprus on orders over €40, and to Greece on orders over €80.
Returns
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return anything.
The item needs to come back unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached and in the original zip bag it arrived in.
We don't offer exchanges yet. If you want a different size or a different piece, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds are processed within 7–14 days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
Who pays return shipping:
- Changed your mind, wrong size, any reason on your side — return shipping is on you.
- Our mistake — wrong item, defect, damage — we cover it. No argument.

One thing we have to say plainly: we reserve the right to refuse a refund and send the item back if we find signs of wear, missing tags, missing zip bag, or anything that looks like a fraudulent return. It's rare, and it's not aimed at you — it just protects us and keeps prices where they are.

Every transaction on this store is fully secure and encrypted.
