FAQ – Quest Clothing

1. What is Quest Clothing?
Quest Clothing is a streetwear brand blending Greek heritage with global street style. Every piece is crafted from premium materials for comfort, durability, and style. For every garment sold, we donate €1 to local Greek charities.

2. Where do you ship from, and do you ship worldwide?
All orders are shipped from Cyprus. We ship worldwide, with a few exceptions. If you’re unsure whether we can deliver to your country, contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?
We ship exclusively with FedEx Express for fast delivery. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to local holidays or customs procedures in your country.

4. Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?
Orders within the EU are free from customs duties or additional taxes. For orders outside the EU, customs and taxes may apply, and we cannot be held responsible for these charges. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

5. What is your return policy?
You can return any item within 14 days of purchase, as long as it is in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. For full details, please visit our Returns Page.

6. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your original item and place a new order.

7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and more. For the full list of payment options, visit our checkout page.

8. Do you support any charities?
Yes! We work with local Greek charities and donate €1 for every single garment sold — not just per purchase. This is part of our commitment to giving back to the community.

9. How should I care for my garments?
Each piece comes with a care label inside. Follow these instructions to maintain the quality and longevity of your clothing.

  • Bulk Orders:

  • Do you have current locations that sell in-store?
    Yes! You can find our garments at the Kings Avenue Mall, Paphos, Cyprus, inside the JeanSpot store. For every garment sold in bulk, we continue donating to charity — because we’re committed to giving back.

  • Premium Quality: All our garments are made from high-quality fabrics, including silk screen prints and digital prints, to ensure comfort and style.
